Shipping and delivery

MorphScreen is an online service, so there's nothing to ship and no shipping charge.

• The free plan is ready when you confirm your email address or sign in with GitHub: the account comes with its first API key.
• A paid plan starts as soon as Razorpay confirms the payment, usually within seconds, and the dashboard's Billing tab shows it. A plan bought to follow the current one, as a change at the end of a period does, starts on the date the Billing tab shows.
• If a paid plan hasn't started within an hour of a confirmed payment, write to support@morphscreen.com with the payment's date and amount, and we'll put it right or refund it.
