Every plan counts a call as one request to the chat or AG-UI endpoint, its checking and any repair included. Drawing an answer you already have again is free, up to ten times your plan's calls (30,000 on the free plan). Payments go through Razorpay, and checkout charges in rupees for now; taxes are added at checkout where they apply. Cancel any time: the plan runs to the end of what you paid for (cancellation and refunds).

How billing works
Paying. You choose a plan on the dashboard's Billing tab and pay in Razorpay's checkout on the same page, by card, UPI or e-mandate. The plan starts as soon as Razorpay confirms the payment.
Renewals. A plan renews each month or year on the day you started it, and Razorpay charges the same method.
Extra calls. Calls past a paid plan's month are counted under the plan they were made on, and billed once, with the next charge.
Changing plans. An upgrade paid by card starts at once, and the difference for the rest of the period is added to your next charge. A downgrade, a switch between monthly and yearly, or a plan paid by UPI or e-mandate changes when the current period ends.
A failed renewal. Razorpay tries again over the next few days. If every try fails, the plan ends and the account moves to the free plan.
Cancelling. Cancel on the Billing tab whenever you like. The plan runs to the end of the period you paid for, then the account moves to the free plan; until then you can keep it with one click. Payments aren't refunded, except a charge we made by mistake: see cancellation and refunds.
