Terms of service

Version 2026-10-27. This is the version you agree to when you sign up.

These terms are an agreement between you and Nandishwar Singh, a sole proprietor trading as MorphScreen, at Ward number 5, Hiranagar, Jammu and Kashmir 184142, India ("MorphScreen", "we", "us"). They cover the API at api.morphscreen.com, the dashboard at app.morphscreen.com and this website. If you sign up for a company, you agree for it, and "you" means it.

1. The service

MorphScreen takes a conversation, has a model answer it in MorphScreen's format, checks the answer against the components your app allows, asks the model to fix lines that break a rule, and returns the answer for your app to draw. It also draws answers you already have as HTML. The service is in public beta: features and the API can change, and we say so in the docs and by mail before we remove anything you rely on.

2. Your account

3. Plans and payment

4. Models and OpenRouter

Calls run on models reached through OpenRouter: on our key for the included model, or on your own OpenRouter key for any other. By using MorphScreen you also agree to OpenRouter's terms and to the terms of the model that answers each call (DeepSeek's V4 models are under the MIT license). When you send your own OpenRouter key, the call is between you and OpenRouter, and its charges are yours.

5. Acceptable use

You won't use MorphScreen, or let your users use it:

Model output can be wrong, incomplete or offensive. You decide what your app shows its users and what it does with their actions, and you're responsible for it.

6. Your content

The prompts you send and the answers you get are yours. You give us the right to process them only to run the service for you. We don't keep them, except a project's prompts and answers for 7 days while you have its debug logs on, and we never train models on them. The privacy notice says what we do keep.

7. Ours

MorphScreen's software, format, name and website are ours, or licensed to us. You may use the API and the SDKs we publish to build your app, under the licenses that come with them.

8. Suspension and ending

9. Availability

We work to keep the service running and show how it's doing at status.morphscreen.com, but during the beta we don't promise a level of uptime.

10. Warranties and liability

11. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Write to us first and we'll try to settle a dispute together; if we can't, the courts at Jammu, Jammu and Kashmir, have exclusive jurisdiction.

12. Changes

When these terms change, the version above changes. We'll mail account holders at least 30 days before a change that affects them takes effect; using the service after that means you accept it.

13. Contact

Write to support@morphscreen.com, or see the contact page for our address and phone number.
